POSTAL AND DELIVERY DELAYS

Royal mail have announced big delays within their system.

They are so behind that mainland UK parcels are not classed as undelivered until the due date plus 10 working days Mon-Fri. Meaning 12-13 working days 1st Class and 15 working days 2nd Class.
 

We are genuinely very sorry for these issues but are unable to do anything to alter the working challenges faced by Royal mail.
